Materials handling specialists, DTS Bromsgrove Ltd, in conjuction with Sunrise Global Innovations has developed a new range of stillages for GOH transportation called Fold-n-GOH which are designed specifically for garments on hangers in LCL and mixed load FCL to replace the rigid, one trip metal or cardboard/wood units which are used for both sea and sea/air transport.

Availabe for Sea or Air freight units can be tailored to suit individual requirements around a unique concept. Freight forwarders have already commented on the advantages in having the ability to decant GOH very quickly thus avoiding demurrage and the avoidance of double handling thereby significantly inproving effeciency and reducing the incidence of garment damage.


* Much more flexible than kitted out containers
* Allows user to simply bid for cheapest empty containers and then fill with Sea GOH
* Allows decisions on whether to hang or string to be made much later than with kitted out FEU
* Configurable bars allow greater capacity verses kitted out container
* This leads to fewer inbound containers
* Allows user to fill with GOH in advance of container arrival – both hung and strung
* Allows users to fill with one or multiple hanging/stringing locations
* Allows in excess of the standard 24 stringing bars in FEU – adding 1 bar per unit provides 32 bars to string from

* Could be used Sea/Air without having to even touch GOH

* Allows rapid decanting from FEU by FLT or pump avoiding demurrage
